Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure efficient cutting of the ends of a number of formwork connecting separators, protruded from formworks, after the formworks are removed when placed concrete is hardened.
SOLUTION: A casing 1 for a whole device is formed in a side U-shape and an operation lever 21 is operated in the condition that the upper casing 1a is held, so that an air motor 3 built in the upper casing 1a is operated, a crank shaft 11 is rotated at low and high torque via a speed reducer 6 formed with a planetary gear mechanism arranged in the vertical middle casing 1b with the rotation of the air motor 3 and a crank member 10 arranged in the lower casing 1c is reciprocatingly moved forth and back with the crank shaft 11 to repeatively bend forth and back the end of a separator 31 inserted from a separator end insertion hole member 13 mounted on the front end bottom of the lower casing 1c into a locking hole 12 made in the front end of the crank member 31 for cutting it off notchings.
