CONSTITUTION: An end mill holding mechanism 1 which can horizontally hold an end mill 2 is loaded on a two-dimensional moving mechanism, and a grinding wheel 8 and a grinding wheel 14 are provided so as to be arranged in the lateral direction in front of it. This end mill cutting edge grinder is set so that a second angle, a third angle, and a gash can be polished without changing the direction of the end mill 2, provided with a stopping mechanism or a notch mechanism which can stop various movable parts on the optimum position only by moving them on one side, positioning to the optimum position dispenses with experience or skillfulness, and anyone can perform a fixed level of grinding.
