The outer peripheral surface 34 is projected to the outer peripheral side of the tool main body from a line T2 connecting an inscribed point Z of a web thick circle R of the knife edge part 33 and a second outer peripheral surface 34B and the outer peripheral edge 35 positioned immediately on the rear side in the rotating direction T of the tool of the inscribed point Z. The knife edge part 33 has a taper as an ouside diameter D gradually increases toward the base end side from its head end.
