The end plate for a fuel cell comprises: a sandwich insert 100 having a sandwich structure in which two or more sheets of plates are bonded by a coupling means. A surface of the sandwich insert 100 is surrounded by plastic injection. The sandwich insert 100 comprises: a first plate 110 having a first collector plate coupling opening 112 formed at a central portion in the longitudinal direction thereof; a second plate 210 having two or more first material-reducing spaces 212 formed at a central portion in the longitudinal direction thereof; a third plate 310 having a third collector plate coupling opening 312 formed at a central portion in the longitudinal direction thereof; and a fourth plate 410 having a second material-reducing space 412 formed at a central portion in the longitudinal direction thereof.
