PURPOSE: To improve assembling ability by engaging a rotary casing with the counter handle mounting side of a pointing casing incorporating a flow rate regulating valve, mounting a non-dislocation ring on a delivery port in a screwed-in state, and engaging the non-dislocation ring with the pivot of the pointing casing.

CONSTITUTION: A tip stop type faucet metal fixture 1 regulates a flow rate of hot water and cold water, delivered through a delivery port 8 formed in a tip part 7 of a conduit 6, through turning of a handle 9. In the tip part 7, a flow rate regulating valve 29 is incorporated in a pointing casing 31 fixed to the tip part 7 in a state to cross the tip part in a T-shape. In which case, a rotary casing 36 is rotatably engaged with the other end of the pointing casing 31, and a non-dislocation ring 35 formed integrally with the delivery port 8 is mounted in a screwed-in state on the rotary casing 36. In this case, through engagement of the non-dislocation ring 35 with a peripheral groove 34 formed in the tip part of a pivot 32 securely supported on the other end side of the pointing casing 31, the rotary casing 36 is brought into a state to be prevented from dislocation from the pivot 32.
