Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endless belt and the manufacturing method thereof by which peeling operation is facilitated and the need of the sticking process of a tape for a twist prevention part is eliminated.
SOLUTION: The endless belt 1 is obtained by forming the thick twist prevention part 3 at both ends and forming the twist prevention part 3 and a belt main body 3 with an identical material. The belt 1 is manufactured by molding at least one end of an endless belt to be thicker in comparison with the central part thereof by the manufacturing method of the endless belt comprising a process that a molten belt material is imparted to a mold 12 whose inside surface is endless, a process that the endless molding is obtained by solidifying the belt material and a process that the molding is separated from the mold.
