To increase tear strength and tensile strength of meandering prevention ribs and to improve wear resistance by making a meandering prevention rib base substance by heat curing based rubber and using room temperature setting based rubber as adhesive bonding this base substance.
An endless photosensitive belt 1 wound around a driving roller 2, a driven roller and a tension roller in an image forming device is provided with a photosensitive belt base substance 1a that a photosensitive material is coated on a sheet-like insulating base material and meandering prevention ribs 1b, 1c stuck to both side edges of an internal surface (rear surface) of this photosensitive belt base substance 1a. In this case, the meandering prevention ribs 1b, 1c are constituted by sticking a meandering prevention rib base substance formed by heat vulcanized silicon rubber to the photosensitive belt base substance 1a by adhesive of room temperature setting type silicon rubber. At the time of this adhesion, uneaveness for getting adhesive into an adhesive surface of the meandering prevention rib base substance are formed and adhesive property is enhanced.
