CONSTITUTION: An endless rope connecting apparatus is constituted of a rope clamp unit 11 consisting of one clamp part 11L and other clamp part 11R opposing the respective end parts of ropes R each other in such a state that the axes of the ropes R are matched with a reference axial line A to clamp them, contact and separation means 21L, 21R relatively moving the respective clamp parts 11L, 11R along the reference axial line A to allow them to approach and separate each other and a electric heating plate 31 capable of being set to the predetermined position between both clamp parts 11L, 11R and capable of retreating from the predetermined position.
