Title:
ENDLESSLY WOVEN AND PERFORATED BELT FOR FINISHING SINGLE SURFACE OF CORRUGATED CARDBOARD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2001171025
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a belt for finishing the single surface of corrugated cardboard more flexible and compressible than a conventional endless belt.

The non-laminated belt for a single surface finishing part of a corrugated cardboard manufacturing line has a single fundamental structure having a seamless endless loop form. The fundamental structure is formed from yarns located in the machine direction, that is, running direction of the belt and the direction crossing the machine direction at a right angle. At least one layer of a staple fiber material is sewn in the outside of the fundamental structure to pass therethough at least partially to expand and one layer is formed on the outside of the fundamental structure. The fundamental structure in which the staple fiber material is thus sewn is impregnated with a resin material. All of the yarns, stable fiber material and resin material of the fundamental structure are made of a high temperature-resistant material so as to be able to withstand the operation conditions of the belt on a corrugating machine.
