To enable a user to quickly switch procedures such as PDD (Photodynamic Diagnosis) and PDT (Photodynamic Therapy) etc. as using a same endoscope without re-inserting a once-inserted and pulled out endoscope, and further, irradiation with light can be performed at respectively suitable irradiation angle according to contents of procedures.
In the apparatus, a slide member 73 including condenser lenses 81A, 81B, a light cut filter 83 with a specific absorption wave length band, and transparent parts 85A, 85B, 85C is movably supported on a hood body part. The apparatus is structured so that a first position wherein the condenser lenses 81A, 81B of the slide member 73 face irradiation windows 37A, 37B and the light cut filter 83 of the slide member 73 faces an observation window 38 or a second position wherein the transparent parts 85A, 85B, 85C of the slide member 73 face the irradiation windows 37A, 37B and the observation window 38 can be switched by moving the slide member 73 toward an endoscope distal end part 35.
