Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope apparatus that makes it possible to reliably acquire an in vivo image in a state of contacting the surface layer of an organism.SOLUTION: The endoscope apparatus comprises an insertion part 61 inserted into the inside of an organism and having an imaging optical system 601 at its tip, a pressure detection unit 603 that is provided at the tip of the insertion part 61 or at a position farther than the tip and detects contact with the organism by pressure, and an imaging unit 602 that captures an image of the inside of the organism through the imaging optical system 601 on the basis of a result of detection of the pressure detection unit 603.
