Abstract:
In an endoscope apparatus, inside an endoscope, data of color correction coefficients that correspond to classifications of numerical apertures with respect to a plurality of spectral lines of a light guide which is mounted in the endoscope and which transmits light-source light from a light source apparatus is stored, and a processor, which performs signal processing with respect to an output signal of an image pickup device mounted in the endoscope, performs color correction processing with respect to R and B signals among generated R, G, and B signals by using a color correction coefficient.
