Abstract:

To provide an endoscope with an insertion part capable of securing water-tightness and insulation under a high-temperature condition at the time of autoclave sterilization, and the like.

The insertion part 2 comprises a hard pipe 11, a cover member 12 made of an elastic body disposed to cover the outer surface of the hard pipe 11 from one end side, and a coating rubber 13 abutting to an end of the cover member 12 to cover the outer surface of the hard pipe 11 from the other end side. A second binding thread 17 is wound by a second spool part 18 on the outer surface of the coating rubber 13, and a first binding thread 15 is wound by a first spool part 16 on the outer surface of the cover member 12. Further, an adhesive part 19, consisting of an adhesive layer which integrally covers the first and second spool parts 16 and 18, is formed in the insertion part 2.
