This endoscope operation training apparatus is equipped with an inserting port side securing tubular body 1 for covering a cut opening portion on one end side of a tubular organ 200 resected from a living body and for freely detachably bonding and securing it, a securing portion side securing shaft body 2 for covering a cut opening portion on the other end side of the tubular organ 200 and for freely detachably bonding and securing it, a supporting base 10 for supporting the inserting port side securing tubular body 1 and the securing portion side securing shaft body 2 by spacing them, and an air leakage preventing valve 3 for preventing air leakage from a gap between a through hole 1a of the inserting port side securing tubular body 1 and an inserting portion 100 of the endoscope.
