To provide an endoscope type endotracheal intubation apparatus secure endotracheal intubation in a short period of time, and preventing injury to the periphery of the glottis caused by collision with an insertion part when an endoscope passes through the glottis.

A stylet can be inserted into/pulled out of the insertion part of the endoscope. Accordingly, the distal end of the insertion part is guided by an intubation tube and the stylet to be inserted into the trachea when the insertion part of the endoscope passes through the glottis, and the intubation tube is guided by the insertion part to be inserted into the trachea thereafter, and therefore, the endotracheal intubation can be securely performed in a short period of time. Further, as the distal end of the insertion part from which the stylet is pulled is made to pass through the glottis, injury to the periphery of the glottis caused by the collision with the distal end of the insertion part can be prevented.
