Abstract:
To provide an endoscope excellent in an observation capacity and a treatment capacity by sufficiently ensuring the total axial length of a curved part not only to enhance the insertion capacity of an endoscope insertion part but also to realize a sharp turn.
The first curved part 13 on the leading end side of the insertion part 2 and the second curved part 14 behind the first curved part 13 are driven at the same time at the time of an operation of a first up and down curving operation knob 18 and a first left and right curving operation knob 19 and only the second curved part 14 is driven at the time of an operation of a second up and down curving operation knob 20.
