To provide an endoscope which has interchangeability that an existing light source device and a signal processor are usable and can be easily changed to another endoscope by an operator even during endoscopy.

A connector 13 of a light guide 15 and a connector 14 of a signal line connected to a CCD 24 are provided on the rear end of an operating part 12 in each of hard endoscope bodies 2A, 2B and respectively constituted to be detachably attached to a connector receiver 3a of a light guide cable part 3 and a connector receiver 4a of a signal cable part 4. Thus an operator can easily change a hard endoscope body to one with a different field of view during a surgical operation.
