Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope of which insertion part includes a bendable section and a soft section that are separably but firmly joined together.SOLUTION: A connection ring 30 of a bendable section 11 and a connection ring 29 of a soft section 12 are engaged with each other. The connection ring 29, disposed in an inner engaging side, has a plurality of circumferentially spaced engaging holes 234. The connection ring 30, disposed in an outer engaging side, has a plurality of engaging pieces which are cut out from the connection ring 30 and bent toward the inner diameter side for insertion into the engaging holes 234. The plurality of engaging pieces includes at least one first engaging piece 230 which extends in an axial direction of the connection ring 30 and at least one second engaging piece 231 which extends in a circumferential direction of the connection ring 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 25
