Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to keep power in a cable way until a power company stops the power even when an earthquake is sensed, and prevent a fire caused at the re-transmission after power stoppage.
SOLUTION: A energization preventive device includes an earthquake sensitive sensor 1, a memory means and a trip circuit 6. The memory means stores data on condition that the earthquake sensitive sensor 1 senses an earthquake and at the same time a power failure is detected by a power supply voltage detecting unit 3. When the power is fed again to the cable way, the trip circuit 6 generates a trip signal to a wiring breaker 7 to stop the power cable way. In this case, the memory means may store the data of the earthquake, and at the re-transmission of power the trip circuit 6 may be operated when an output is generated from a power supply voltage initiation detecting unit. The distribution board has a function for stopping the power immediately to a load that has a tendency of a fire, by connecting an instantaneous trip circuit 12 of the energization preventive device to a branch breaker with an external trip function.
