Hollow members 220 made out of light alloy have a cylindrical structure. The hollow members are arranged in parallel with each other in the extruding direction, and the hollow members are connected by welding at corner parts of the cylindrical structures. In the cylindrical structure, the collision direction is agreed with the extruding direction. The cylindrical structure has a division plate on its center in the longitudinal direction. That is, the division plate is used as a partition of the cylindrical structure. When the impact load is applied, the the hollow members 220 are deformed not into the V-shape but continuously deformed in bellows, as the longitudinal direction of the hollow member 220 is partitioned by the division plate 210, and has high rigidity in every direction, whereby much impact energy is absorbed.
