In the plurality of corrugated structures 64, adjacent corrugated structures are connected to each other, and a plurality of cells 54 having the cell axis direction defined in the first direction are formed. The plurality of cells 54 are arranged in the second direction and a third direction orthogonal to the first direction and the second direction.
