Abstract:

PURPOSE: To reduce the variance of an oscillating electrode part to improve the yield on production of piezoelectric resonance parts by placing a porous resin in an oscillation space, which is formed by fusion of an oscillation space forming material, on an adhesive.

CONSTITUTION: Oscillating electrodes 18 and 19 having oscillating electrodes (individual electrodes) 5, 6, 8, and 9 of two piezoelectric resonance elements and common electrodes (oscillating electrodes) 7 and 10 are formed on both principal surfaces 3 and 4 of a piezoelectric substrate 2 constituting piezoelectric resonance parts 1. The adhesive 24 having the damping function is formed on surfaces 3 and 4 except 1/4 circular areas 22 and 23 including certain circular areas 20 and 21 in peripheral parts of electrodes 18 and 19 and connecting electrodes 11∼13. The whole of resonance parts is sheathed with a porous resin 27, and an oscillation space 26 is formed by heat for hardening of the resin 27. The oscillation space 26 is formed on the adhesive 24 to reduce the variance of oscillating electrodes 18 and 19, and the yield on production of piezoelectric resonance parts is improved.
