Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air mixed jet pump in which the positive and stable work amount can be easily calculated, by forming an air layer forming tube into an about straight tube having the larger diameter than that of an injection nozzle, and forming an energy conversion tube into a substantially straight tube having the larger diameter than that of the air layer forming tube.
SOLUTION: When highly pressurized liquid is injected from an injection nozzle 5 into an air layer forming tube 6, the outside air is sucked from a suction pipe 12 into the air layer forming tube 6 by a jet stream 21. The jet stream 21 forms an air layer 22 around itself, and enters an energy conversion tube 8 to make the air layer 22 thin. When the jet stream 21 is spread at a breath, an imaginary piston 26 continuously acting in the outlet direction, is formed in the tube 8. The head pressure of the piston 26 from the second conversion energy taking out opening 15 is represented by multiplying by a stream inertia force of the jet stream 21 a value obtained by dividing the pressure of the jet stream 21 by the difference obtained by subtracting the bore diameter of the injection nozzle 5 from the bore diameter of the tube 8. Thus, the positive and exact head pressure can be calculated.
