This energy equipment management planning apparatus 1 has a demand input means 2 which inputs power demands, a memory means 8 in which energy generation unit cost parameters accompanying the energy generation by energy generation equipment are stored, a memory means 9 in which transmission unit cost parameters accompanying the transmission of energy to energy demand sites are stored, and a target value determination means 7 which determines the energy generation target value and the transmission target value of the energy generation equipment in accordance with the power demands, the energy generation unit cost parameters and the transmission unit cost parameters so as to minimize an energy generating cost and a transmission cost.
