Abstract:
PURPOSE: To perform the proper feed of energy to a microrobot without disturbing operation of the microrobot.
CONSTITUTION: A microrobot 4 is arranged in a metallic piping 3 with a diameter of approximately several mm and microwaves are transmitted by means of a microwave energy supply 1 and a microwave transmitter 2. The microwave is received by the microrobot 4 to convert a power, and an actuator is driven by means of a converted power. In which case, in the frequency of the microwave transmitted from the microwave transmitter 2, a frequency fSZ is determined such that diameter Z responds to a cutoff frequency characteristic curve S, for example, in case of the microrobot 4 being arranged in a piping with diameter Z, and a microwave is transmitted at a frequency fSZ higher than the frequency fSZ. This constitution performs proper transmission of a microwave to the microrobot 4 without using electric coupling.
