Abstract:
To provide an energy line detection system that can operate normally while enhancing signal quality when the number of detection elements is increased.SOLUTION: An energy line detection system comprises: a vacuum case including a cooler; and n pieces of circuit units 8 including a first signal line 81, a detection element 82 which is connected to a terminal 81a of the first signal line 81 and detects energy lines in a low-temperature state, and a signal processing circuit 84. The signal processing circuit 84 includes: an amplifier 85 connected to a terminal 81b; a current source 86; and a shunt resistor 87. A resistance value R of the first signal line 81 is larger than a value based on the number n of the first signal line 81, temperature T1 on the terminal 81a side, temperature T2 on the terminal 81b side, and cooling capacity Wc of the cooler. The resistance value R of the first signal line 81 is smaller than a value based on noise allowable voltage VN, resistance value Rsh of the shunt resistor, resistance values Rs and Rn when the detection element 82 is OFF and ON, and current Ib when the detection element 82 is OFF.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
