Abstract:
To optimize energy demand balance by monitoring energy demand including power demand by a power consumption apparatus and heat demand by a heat consumption apparatus.SOLUTION: Predicted power demand is calculated from energy demand history information sequentially stored in a large-scale storage device 52, and an output of an air conditioner 24A and an output of a floor heating device 64 are set. Floor heating demand is divided into air conditioner demand and floor heating demand because of being 300 W (one example). Since the maximum power generation efficiency in power demand leads an energy-saving performance, predicted power (arrow A→100 W, arrow B→300 W, arrow C→600 W) is subtracted from power (500 W as one example) to be the maximum power generation efficiency, and the difference is made to be an air conditioner output. When plots from the arrow A to the arrow C are connected, characteristics like large solid lines are acquired. As a result, the range of power within which the maximum power generation efficiency can maintained can be expanded (thick dotted lines).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
