PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy management device capable of efficiently controlling incoming power of devices at a building having a residence area and a non-residence area, an energy management method, and an energy management program.SOLUTION: The energy management device includes: a communication section; and a control section. The communication section communicates with a control device for controlling devices in a residential area of a building. The control section controls devices at a non-residential area, which is a part of the building other than the residential area, on the basis of a signal acquired by the communication section through communication with the control device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
