Abstract:
To materialize an energy management system that has a simple configuration and is easily managed.SOLUTION: A collection unit 101 collects power consumption information showing power consumption of each house from a smart meter 340 installed in each of the house. A determination unit 102 determines the necessity for power adjustment on the basis of the power consumption information collected by the collection unit 101. An adjustment instruction transmission unit 103 transmits adjustment instruction information including a power consumption adjustment instruction to an equipment control server 200 when the determination unit 102 determines that power adjustment is necessary. A control content change unit 201 changes a control content for equipment 300 in the house on the basis of the adjustment instruction information received from an aggregator server 100.
