Abstract:

To provide an energy management system which enables a user to easily perform various setting relating to power monitoring.

The energy management system is configured so that an indoor facility A installed in each house and an outdoor mobile terminal PT are connected to a center device SV via the Internet NT. The center device SV has a Web page used to perform various setting for power monitoring. For example, when the center device SV is accessed from the mobile terminal PT via the internet NT, the Web page is displayed on the display screen of the mobile terminal PT. The user can perform various setting on the Web page. Furthermore, upon completion of the various setting, a setting file is created in the mobile terminal PT, and when the setting file is transferred to the energy management unit 3 configuring the indoor facility A, the energy management unit 3 controls and monitors each of electronic appliances on the basis of the contents of the setting.
