To provide an energy management system which can increase the consciousness for energy saving by comparing a user's house with other houses.
The energy house system is configured so that an indoor facility A installed in each house and an outdoor mobile terminal PT are connected to a center device SV via the Internet NT. The indoor facility A includes an energy house unit 3 and a display control device CV. The center device SV, for each house, accumulates electricity use amounts for each trunk breaker Bs and each branch breaker Bmn transmitted from the energy house unit 3 of respective houses. The center device SV compares electricity use amounts and the electricity use amount reduction degree among the houses based on the accumulated data. The result of the comparison among the houses is created for each of the houses and transmitted to the display control device CV of the corresponding house.
