Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy saving goal monitoring device which allows each of users at various places within a single space to see a current state of goal monitoring in an easily comprehensible manner without having to provide a separate luminous object in addition to a display unit on a surface opposite the display unit.SOLUTION: An energy saving goal monitoring device has a housing having a display unit on one surface thereof and a light source, which is not used for the display unit, provided inside or on a surface thereof, and includes; a control target value setting unit 0201 for setting a control target value of a device under control for energy saving purpose; a current value acquisition unit 0202 for acquiring a current value of the device under control; a display output unit 0203 which outputs a control target value and/or current value to the display unit; a comparator unit 0205 which compares the control target value and current value; a light source control unit 0206 which controls the light source in accordance with a comparison result; and a light guide member 0208 which guides light from the light source 0207 and is provided in the housing in a way that secures visibility both from a side of the one face of the housing with the display unit and from a side opposite the one face.
