The energy saving ventilator of an automobile is structured so that a suction cup 2 installed on one side of a universal joint 1 is attached by suction to the left or right end of a windshield 4 and that part of the plate fan 3 installed at the other side is put out from the gap generated by opening a little the window pane 6 of the front door.
