To provide an energy service method for enabling a facility owner to receive the reduction merits of sewage charge based on the exemption of the sewage charge with guarantee and an energy service system for executing the energy service method.
This energy service method is provided to make an energy service provider present the predicted value of sewage usage of an objective facility or a guarantee value for the reduction of sewage charge, and to make the energy service provider calculate the reduction merits of the sewage charge by measuring the sewage usage of the object facility, and to make the energy service provider receive a portion of the reduction merits of the sewage charge as profits based on a contract made between the energy service provider and a customer. This energy service system is provided with a means for calculating the reference amounts of the sewage usage from at least one of air temperature, humidity and the number of facility users and past sewage charge data, a means for collecting the measurement data of the water amounts of at least one of the sewage usage of the object facility, cooling tower makeup water and boiler tower makeup water by using a communication line and a means for calculating and outputting the reduction merits of the sewage charge by using the reference amounts of the sewage usage and the measurement data of water amounts.
