Abstract:
PURPOSE:To transfer a large power to an ultraconductive coil by a method wherein, when three phase AC power converted into DC power is transferred to an ultraconductive coil, a condenser is connected to each phase adequately selecting the power values. CONSTITUTION:When a linearmoto is applied the brake, the three phase power generated in the coil 1 of the linear-motor is converted into DC power by means of switch circuit 5 comprising thyristors to be collected and stored in ultraconductive coil 4. At this time, a condenser 3 is provided between AC side three phases and the value of the condenser 3 is selected so that the charging and discharging power to the condenser 3 may become the voltage and current corresponding to those of the AC side apparent power to be transferred after adequately adjusting the control angle of thyristor. Through these procedures, the power-factor of the power generated in the AC side may be remarkably improved to take out large power into said ultraconductive coil 4 preventing the generation of voltage remarkably exceeding the electromotive force of AC circuit.
