To check easily the engagement state of a connector even in an assembly line.
A work signal output part 10 outputs a signal relating to work start and work finish. A vibration signal sampling part 60 extracts vibration occurring at the time of engagement of the connectors that a vibration signal output part 20 has output during a time period from when the signal of work start is output till when the signal of work finish is output. A comparison part 100 compares the vibration that the vibration signal output part 20 has output, the vibration occurring at the time of engagement of the connectors, with the vibration stored in a memory part 90. An engagement status determination part 110 determines whether or not engagement of connectors has been carried out regularly based on the comparison result. An information part 120 informs the determination result.
