Title:
ENGAGING MEANS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS61251008
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain the titled engaging means having a magnetic shielding property at low cost by a method wherein a ferromagnetic metal film and a synthetic resin film are applied in a laminated form on the outer circumferential surface of a permanent magnet.

CONSTITUTION: The ferromagnetic member 2 spliced on the pole-face (a) of a permanent magnet 1 having a hole 1a and the ferromagnetic member 3 which comes in contact with a pole-face (b) are constituted in such a manner that they are detachably attracted through the intermediary of the hole 1a of the permanent magnet 1. A ferromagnetic metal film 5 and a synthetic resin film 6 are applied in a laminated form at least on the pole-face (b) and the outer circumferential surface (c) of the permanent magnet 1. On the engaging means constituted as above, the ferromagnetic metal film 5 constitutes a magnetic path when the engaging means is in a non-engaged state, and as the lines of magnetic force leaking to outside is reduced by the film 6, the breakage of record can be prevented even when a magnetic recording card and the like approaches. Also, as attracting force is concentrated at the center of the ferromagnetic member, the lowering of attracting force can be prevented by the films 5 and 6.
