Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide always optimum engine brake action by giving signals corresponding to vehicle speed to an actuator forcibly shifting down a speed change controlling valve to control said valve so that a certain vehicle speed is maintained. CONSTITUTION:Oil discharged from an oil pump 37 is supplied directly to a hydraulic servo unit 28 at the auxiliary pulley 25 side, while being supplied to a hydraulic servo unit 27 at the main pulley 24 side through a pressure regulating valve 43 and a speed change controlling valve 44. An oil path 61 is branched from the upstream of a check valve 60 provided on the way of a drain oil path 52 of said pressure regulating valve 43 and is connected to a pressure exhaust valve 62 for generating or exhausting working oil pressure and an actuator 63 shifted down forcibly the throttle cam 51 side of the speed change controlling valve 44 in response to said valve 62. Also, a change-over valve 66 for changing over a chamber 75a of the actuator 63 to the drain side is provided to supply Pitot pressure corresponding to vehicle speed detected by a rotation sensor 64 in current supply to the chamber 75a.
