Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine chain cover structure which is excellent in a maintenance property and the like.SOLUTION: On a chain cover 16, a bulging portion 33 bulged outward, and a mount member attaching portion 36 attaching an engine mount member are formed. The bulging portion 33 is formed with an opening portion 34 which stores a variable valve timing device 30 in the inside thereof and can access the variable valve timing device 30 from the outside. The mount attaching portion 36 is formed in an area of the chain cover 16 corresponding to a cam shaft 21 in which the variable valve timing device 30 is not installed when viewed from a front side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
