Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system to serve for prevention of environmental destruction such as air pollution as much as possible by stopping an engine of a construction machine when it is not operated.
SOLUTION: The system is provided with a gate bar 24 for opening/closing an entrance of a cabin 4 for a hydraulic shovel 1, a gate-lock-up switch 25 for outputting a gate-open signal when the gate bar 24 is set up at the gate-open position for opening the entrance as well as for outputting a gate-close signal when it is set up at the gate-close position for closing the entrance, and a controller 22 for stopping the engine of the construction machine when the gate-lock-up switch 25 outputs the gate-open signal.
