One cooling blow enters an engine room 1 from the outside of the engine room 1 through an cooling air intake 7a and passes through a heat exchanger such as an intercooler 6a, an oil cooler 6b and a radiator 6c and then is throttled by a suction pipe 8a and enters a both-side-intake centrifugal fan 4 and then blows out in the direction of the outer periphery of the both-side-intake centrifugal fan 4. The other cooling blow enters an engine room 1 from the outside of the engine room 1 through an cooling air intake 7b and passes around electrical components such as an engine 5, an alternator 10 and an oil pan 14 to cool them and is throttled by suction pipe 8b and enters a both-side-intake centrifugal fan 4 and then blows out in the direction of the outer periphery of the both-side-intake centrifugal fan 4. The two cooling blows are discharged outside through an outlet 9.
