Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine cooling device for civil engineering/construction machinery which can fully reduce noise of a cooling fan. SOLUTION: In a noise characteristic curve 16 representing an axial fan 3 with a flow rate on the abscissa and fan noise on the ordinate under the condition of a constant revolution number, it is so constituted that an operation point in an engine room 1 is located on the lower flow rate side than a maximum point B of a noise generated by change of axial flow to centrifugal flow with lowering of a fan passage flow rate, and a noise value at the operation point is not more than the noise value at the maximum point B.
