An engine device includes an engine 1 having an intake manifold 6 and an exhaust manifold 7, and an exhaust gas purifying device 2 for purifying an exhaust gas of the engine 1. The exhaust gas purifying device 2 is loaded on an upper side of the engine 1 through a mount. In the mount, an intake-side bracket 91 and an exhaust-side bracket 92 are disposed to support one end side of the exhaust gas purifying device 2. One-side ends of the intake-side bracket 91 and the exhaust-side bracket 92 are fastened to each other, and the other-end sides of the intake-side bracket 91 and the exhaust-side bracket 92 are connected to the engine 1 side.
