Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine device that can prevent failure due to heating of electrical components installed in an exhaust emission control system.SOLUTION: An engine 1 includes an exhaust gas treatment device 2 for treating an exhaust gas. The exhaust gas treatment device 2 includes the electrical components 44, 51 to 53 for detecting the state of the exhaust emission control system 2. The engine 1 includes a cooling water circulation mechanism for circulating cooling water for the engine 1. The electrical components 44, 51 to 53 are disposed upstream of an exhaust gas movement direction in the exhaust gas treatment device 2 on an outside of the exhaust gas treatment device 2.
