Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively improve startability of a vehicle.SOLUTION: An engine device having an intercooler 22 provided in an intake passage 20 for cooling intake air includes: a bypass passage 25 branched from the intake passage 20 upstream of the intercooler 22 and merged with the intake passage 20 downstream of the intercooler 22; a first intake valve 23 provided in the intake passage 20 between the branched portion and the merged portion of the bypass passage 25 to enable the intake passage 20 to be opened/closed; a second intake valve 26 provided in the bypass passage 25 to enable the bypass passage 25 to be opened/closed; and an intake air amount control unit 110 for closing the first intake valve 23 and opening the second intake valve 26 at the start of a vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
