Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compactly lay out a supercharger and related components thereof.SOLUTION: An exhaust side inlet of a supercharger is connected to an exhaust manifold 7 provided on a right-and-left one side surface of an engine. A valve arm chamber integrated type intake manifold 8 integrally configured by a valve arm chamber 90 and an intake manifold 6 is disposed on an upper surface of a cylinder head 5. The valve arm chamber integrated type intake manifold 8 partitions the valve arm chamber 90 disposed on the right-and-left one side surface side and the intake manifold 6 disposed on right-and-left the other side surface side of the engine 1 by a wall 101, thereby making the valve arm chamber 90 and the intake manifold 6 become blocked spaces from each other. A blow-by gas returning device 69 returning blow-by gas to an intake system is protrusively provided on an upper part of the valve arm chamber 90, and the blow-by gas is led out to an intake side inlet of the supercharger by a gas conduit connected to a blow-by gas lead-out port 67 provided on a side surface of the blow-by gas returning device 69.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
