To provide an engine-driven air conditioner, in which elevation of environmental temperature is restrained around vibration insulators which is installed in a machine room, and deteriorated by heat, and engine noise generated in the machine room is made difficult to come out to the outside.

The engine-driven air conditioner 20 includes an air conditioner main body 20A, an engine 25 mounted on a base frame 24 of the main body 20A, a compressor 26 driven by the engine 25, and a machine room 23, which is formed in the main body, covered around with an exterior panel 27, and provided with the engine 25 and the compressor 26. An air intake passage 33 is formed in the base frame 24. Cooling means 46, 48 and 51 are provided to introduce outside air through the passage 33 to vibration insulators 36, 38 and 42.
