To obtain sufficient quantity of heat for heating compressed air in an after warmer even when using cooling air cooling the inside of a soundproof box as a heat source.

This compressor is constituted in such a way that a machine chamber 22 storing a compressor main body 50 and an engine 40 and a heating chamber 23 storing an exhaust device 43 of the engine 40 are provided in the soundproof box 20 and an air introduction port 24 communicating with the machine chamber 22 and an air exhaust port 25 (25a, 25b) communicating with the heating chamber 23 are formed to generate cooling air going from the machine chamber 22 toward the heating chamber 23 by a fan 42 provided in the engine 40. In this compressor, the after warmer 12 is arranged in a passage of cooling air heated by exhaust heat of the engine 40 in the heating chamber 23.
