Title:
ENGINE DRIVEN WORKING MACHINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3227671
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To measure vibration when a holder, etc., drop on materials to be welded and eliminate a malfunction such as starting by providing the short- circuit hour counting means of a switching means and executing counting by a counting means only when the switching means short-circuits more than a specified bour.
CONSTITUTION: The short-circuit hour counting means 2 is provided on an engine welder set main body W. When an operator drops the holder 17 and an electrode 18 part on the materials 16 to be welded by a mis-operation and the electrode part vibrates more than twice on the materials 16, even if the period of the vibration is very short, the counting means 24 detects it and there is possibility for operating a starting motor driving means 6 and a starting motor 7. When the short-circuit hour is short like the vibration at the time of dropping, it is not detected, hence the malfunction can be prevented by interposing the short-circuit hour counting means 2 in a control circuit to prevent it.
