Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel pump fastening structure of an engine which can suppress the vibration of a fuel pump arranged at an intake-side side face and a rear-side end part of an engine main body at drive, and increase of an engine width.SOLUTION: In a fuel pump fastening structure of an engine which includes an engine main body 10 for setting an output side of a crankshaft 2 to a transmission as a rear side, and an opposite side as a front side in a cylinder row direction, and in which a fuel pump 80 which pressure-sends fuel to an injector is arranged at an intake-side side face and a rear-side end part of the engine main body, a transmission fastening part 13g to which a transmission is fastened, and a fuel pump attachment part 13f to which the fuel pump 80 is attached from a side opposite to the transmission in the cylinder row direction are arranged at the rear-side end part of the engine main body, and a part or the whole of the fuel pump attachment part 13f is located in a region of the transmission fastening part 13g in a view of a crank axial line direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
